Air Serbia has announced plans to expand its flight operations to China in the second half of 2025. The airline hinted that further details about additional connections between Serbia and China will be revealed soon.

According to the General Manager of Air Serbia’s Chinese General Sales Agent, the upcoming expansion aims to increase flight frequencies on existing routes. Currently, the Serbian carrier operates twice-weekly flights to Guangzhou and Shanghai.

The airline had previously indicated its intention to strengthen its presence in China, driven by growing travel demand between the two nations. Just last week, a delegation of travel agency representatives from East China completed a fact-finding trip to Serbia, marking a potential step toward deeper bilateral cooperation and tourism development.

The planned increase in flights is expected to enhance passenger connectivity while reinforcing Air Serbia’s market position in Asia. The airline will announce further details, including exact schedules and the official launch date, in the near future.
