Smartwings is launching a new route: Bratislava – Cairo

Smartwings Slovakia has announced a new regular charter service connecting Bratislava (BTS) and Cairo Capital (CCE) for the Northern summer 2025 season. The route will operate once weekly from May 21, 2025, to October 1, 2025, providing travelers with a direct link between Slovakia and Egypt.

Initially, flights will be operated by a Boeing 737 MAX 8, with a planned switch to the Boeing 737-800 starting June 11, 2025. The service will run on Wednesdays, with the following schedule:

  • Flight 6D6022: Bratislava (BTS) 10:45 AM3:15 PM Cairo Capital (CCE)
  • Flight 6D6023: Cairo Capital (CCE) 4:05 PM6:45 PM Bratislava (BTS)

This new connection offers passengers a convenient option for travel between Slovakia and Egypt, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
