Ryanair is announcing new routes from Greece

Ryanair has announced the addition of several new routes to and from Greek destinations in its summer 2025 flight schedule.

Starting May 1, the airline will introduce a new domestic connection between Athens and Lemnos, operating three times a week with a Boeing 737-800 (738) or 737 MAX 8 (7M8) aircraft.

On May 3, a new international route between Bari and Patras will commence, featuring two weekly flights using a 738 aircraft. Additionally, Ryanair is reinstating two connections from Bournemouth to Greece: flights to Chania will launch on June 1, followed by Rhodes on June 4, both operating twice weekly with a 738 aircraft. These routes were last served by the airline in November 2014.

Further expansions include:

  • Bratislava – Skiathos (June 3 – September 30, 2025): Twice weekly, 738
  • Brussels – Volos (from May 2): Twice weekly, 738
  • Gothenburg – Thessaloniki (from June 1): Twice weekly, 738

Ryanair will also continue to strengthen its connections with Thessaloniki, resuming its Tel Aviv – Thessaloniki route from May 7 (once weekly, reinstated after October 2023) and increasing flights on the Rome Fiumicino – Thessaloniki route from March 30 (four times a week).

From Corfu, new routes to Gothenburg and Rome (Fiumicino) will be available, both operated by a 738 aircraft. The Gothenburg service will commence on June 1 with twice-weekly flights, while the Rome route, last served in October 2022, will resume with weekly flights from May 3 and increase to twice-weekly from June 3.

Finally, additional routes include:

  • Rhodes – Rome Fiumicino (from May 4, once weekly, increasing to twice weekly from June 5; reinstated since June 2021)
  • Stockholm Arlanda – Zakynthos (from June 3, once weekly)

These new and restored connections further expand Ryanair’s presence in Greece, offering increased travel options for both domestic and international passengers.
