Pegasus Airlines has announced the launch of a new international route connecting southern Türkiye with the United Kingdom. From 2 April 2026, the low-cost carrier will commence weekly flights between Mersin (Çukurova/COV) and London Stansted (STN), further strengthening air links between the Eastern Mediterranean region and the UK market.
The new service will be operated with Pegasus’ modern 239-seat Airbus A321neo, offering increased capacity and improved fuel efficiency. The route is expected to appeal to a wide range of passengers, including leisure travelers, the Turkish diaspora in the UK, and those visiting friends and relatives.

With this new addition, Pegasus Airlines continues its strategy of expanding international connectivity from regional Turkish airports while consolidating its presence at London Stansted, one of its key UK gateways.
