LOT Polish Airlines is adding a new sun-soaked destination to its summer network: Mallorca, a long-time favourite among Polish travellers. Beginning May 2026, holidaymakers will have an even easier way to reach the Balearic island thanks to a brand-new direct service from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
The seasonal route to Palma de Mallorca will operate three times weekly—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays—perfectly aligning with the most popular travel patterns for summer escapes. Flights will depart Warsaw at 11:35 under flight number LO447, while return services from Palma will leave at 15:50 as LO448. The rotation will be operated by the modern and efficient Boeing 737 MAX 8, with a flight time of approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes.
Mallorca’s enduring appeal lies in its mix of turquoise coves, pristine nature, and diverse landscapes—from dramatic mountains to golden beaches—alongside a wealth of historical sites that highlight its rich cultural heritage. The island consistently ranks among Poland’s top leisure destinations, and LOT’s new connection further strengthens its accessibility just in time for the 2026 summer season.
“Mallorca continues to captivate those seeking exceptional holidays. It charms with its turquoise coves, unspoilt natural beauty, varied landscapes and historical landmarks that reflect its rich heritage. Thanks to LOT’s new connection, the island will become even more accessible to travellers from Poland during the summer season. It also gives them greater flexibility in planning – allowing freedom to choose travel dates and trip lengths that best suit their needs. This new route is a natural addition to our range of destinations with strong tourist appeal. We invite everyone to start planning their summer holidays with LOT Polish Airlines,” said Robert Ludera, Registered Representative and Director of the Network Department at LOT Polish Airlines.
With its blend of stunning beaches, vibrant cuisine, charming towns, and outdoor adventures, Mallorca is poised to become one of the standout destinations in LOT’s 2026 schedule.
