AnimaWings is preparing to enter the Italian market next year with the introduction of a scheduled service between Bucharest and Milan Malpensa. The new route has already appeared in the airline’s booking system, with the inaugural flight set for 11 May 2026.
The airline will operate the new service three times per week, with flights departing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The Romanian carrier will face direct competition on this key city-pair from both Ryanair and Wizz Air, which currently operate established services between the two destinations.
Tickets are now available for purchase, with one-way fares starting at €59.99.
