Qatar has extended its airspace closure by 48 hours. The next scheduled review is expected on Friday at 6:00 a.m. local time. A similar decision was made by Bahrain, where authorities prolonged the closure until tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. local time.

Meanwhile, air traffic has partially resumed in the United Arab Emirates, but only under restricted operating conditions. Flight schedules remain flexible, and passengers are being continuously informed about possible changes.

The situation is also affecting long-haul international services. Qantas has been forced to temporarily suspend its nonstop Perth–London route, considered one of the longest nonstop flights in the world. Aircraft will now make an intermediate stop in Singapore for refueling, significantly increasing total travel time.

Airlines and aviation authorities continue to monitor developments closely. Passengers are advised to check the current status of their flights before departure.
