LOT Polish Airlines has announced the launch of additional year-round connections from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport. The inaugural flights to Brussels and Oslo are scheduled for April 29, 2026, and to Bergen for April 30, 2026. Following the previously announced route from Gdańsk to Istanbul, this marks another step in strengthening LOT Polish Airlines’ presence in the north of the country.
The launch of three new routes from Gdańsk Airport is the next step for LOT Polish Airlines in implementing its regional network development plan. The inaugural flights to Brussels and Oslo are scheduled for April 29, 2026, and to Bergen for April 30, 2026. On January 14, 2026, the national airline will also launch a direct route from Gdańsk to Istanbul, strengthening its position in the northern part of the country. The new routes will provide Pomerania with direct access to popular business and leisure destinations, while also allowing international visitors to discover the charms of Pomerania and the Tricity region.
“The continuous development of our operations at regional airports is one of the pillars of LOT Polish Airlines’ strategy. The launch of new routes from Gdańsk to Brussels, Oslo, and Bergen demonstrates our commitment to providing residents of Pomerania with access to key European cities. Northern Poland is an important region for us—dynamic, full of potential, and increasingly connected to both business and tourism. I am also convinced that these connections will further boost inbound tourism—Gdańsk and the region are already a popular destination. I am pleased that these connections will encourage both tourism and economic cooperation, supporting the development of local enterprises and creating new business opportunities. We warmly invite you to enjoy our hospitable flights,” emphasized Michał Fijoł, CEO of LOT Polish Airlines.
